Planned Maintenance
ProCalV5 offers an optional PM / Work Order Module, allowing you to not only manage routine calibrations but other planned maintenance requirements as well. The Planned Maintenance screen may be used to create records for such things as performance verification calibrations for instruments, loops, test instruments and systems, as well as other types of maintenance for equipment, locations and buildings that need to be kept on a consistent schedule.

Maintenance Requests
ProCalV5 allows you to create requested (or unplanned) maintenance records that may be assigned to work orders or used independently of the work order system.

Workorder Management
Workorder tools, Calibrations, Planned Maintenance items and unplanned work requests may be assigned and managed all throughout the versatility of ProCalV5. With the Planned Maintenance / Workorder Module, users can support other planned maintenance tasks, overlapping schedules, unplanned maintenance requests and workorder management.
Workorder Management highlights include;
- Complete approved calibration specification that can be presented for execution
- Perform multiple Real Time / Paperless calibrations simultaneously
- Controlled changing of test point values in the field and auto calculate new limits
- Automatic notification for out of tolerance recorded date
- Electronically record test standards used from approved list
- Ability to view important and pertinent documents
- Manage work assignments and workflow
- Establish rules and practices electronically
