With ProCalV5’s Test Type Packages, different "Test Types" may be applied to any item master record whose required calibration does not fit perfectly into the standard ProCal template. Test Types may be used to provide specific testing in addition to or instead of a standard calibration with target setpoints and as found/as left readings. The Test Type package does all calculations automatically, and determines the pass/fail of the calibration with completely separate logical functionality.
Examples of some calibration test types that ProCal V5 normally could not accommodate efficiently are extreme values, linearity, and standard deviation tests. These tests are not dependent on the readings of each point, but more on the combination of all readings and some additional values. If the package you require has not already been created, our programmers will be happy to custom design a package to fit your needs.
