Overview of Shop Administrator Utility
Users easily select or add client accounts, create Shop Workorders, Check-In Instruments for Calibration or Repair. Instruments may be quickly selected from client’s existing records or new records created from templates. Instruments in-process are tracked with Time & Material charges compiled for invoicing on completion of service.

Invoicing
With this powerful utility, Client and Service detail including shipping information and charges are transferred automatically between ProCalV5 and QuickBooks®, eliminating the headaches and wasted steps associated with the manual reentry of service data and the invoicing procedure.
